First Tag Guides: Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery (Instant Access) At First Tag Guides, all of our current products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products at this time, which means there are no shipping fees or waiting periods for delivery.

How it Works:

  1. Immediate Delivery: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link for your digital guide or checklist.

  2. Order Confirmation: You will also receive a standard order confirmation receipt via email.

  3. Accessing Your Files: You can download your files directly from the checkout "Thank You" page or via the link sent to your inbox.

Delivery Issues & Support: Because digital delivery relies on email and internet stability, occasionally things can go wrong. If you encounter any of the following, please contact us at firsttagguides@gmail.com:

  • You haven't received your download link within 10 minutes of purchase (please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder first).

  • The download link is broken or results in an error.

  • You accidentally deleted the file and need a new link generated.

File Format & Compatibility: All digital guides are delivered in PDF format. This format is compatible with all modern smartphones (iOS and Android), tablets, and computers. We recommend saving the file to your device or a cloud storage service (like iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox) immediately after downloading to ensure you have permanent access.

Geographic Restrictions: Since our products are digital, they are available for purchase globally. However, please note that all "First Tag Guides" content is currently written in English and focuses on North American (specifically Ontario/Canadian) hunting traditions and woodsmanship.
